The Martinique Gourmande food festival celebrated its 15th anniversary with a Creole Market under the theme “From taste to travel”, at Port of Montreal’s Grand Quay, on September 3 and 4. For this occasion, five guest chefs from Martinique were invited, and more than a dozen Quebec establishments offered Martinique flavors on their menus.
Marelle Communications was entrusted with the promotion of this 15th edition, both in Montreal and Quebec City.
